[THE CARBON COIN: ECONOMIC INCENTIVES DRIVING THE ZERO EMISSION ECONOMY ]

This proposal calls for carbon sequestering to be incentivized through creating a carbon coin and currency and by using carbon taxes to invest in new forms of handling the waste stream to create a circular soil to soil economy for carbon.
